BBM has been offering stickers since February 2014 and now it seems Twitter is joining the party. Users can go through a number of stickers, select the ones they want to use, and place them on top of photos. The stickers can be resized and rotated to make them fit better.
However, some users are disappointed with Twitter not making good on their promise to adjust the character limit for tweets:
@twitter Or, or you can finally make it so pictures, links and hashtags don’t count against the character limit… Like you said was coming…

Or prefer the ability to edit tweets:
@twitter For the love of god!! Instead of this rubbish, why can't you just give us the option to edit tweets! It's not too much to ask!
