The Middle East is where Cyber can grow

In the west, the Cyber Security is something that already takes place and focus. The middle east is different story, as hackers can play and do what ever they want and they do.

The best example is the Saudi story. The country had been attacked lat month in the same way, they had been hacked 4 years ago. The same way, the lesson was not learned. The attack last month was against the government computers, and lot of data have been erased.

The attack in 2012 was against the biggest oil company from the Saudi country. The same malware, Maybe the same hackers.

Every year the attacks on middle eastern country only rise, and even the USA request aren’t enough to make the Saudi defense harder.

A lot of countries form that area can afford to have the best security when it comes to IOT or cyber security but the big problem is not the money, its the education.

As we in the west learn the importance of security and open more courses to the youngsters, The middle eastern should to it also.

Education is the key for the future of countries when it comes to Cyber Security.

And of course BlackBerry should be in front with their products and education.

I agree with you Roy especially BlackBerry have a good record in the area from BBM and OS7 period and should exploit this opportunity desperately but maybe currently most BlackBerry focus is for Indonesian and indian markets
