Sprint CEO, Marcelo Claure, tweeted that the company he runs, Sprint, will sell the new BlackBerry KEYone later this year.

With no more information, than this tweet, Sprint costumers will have the chance to buy the new BlackBerry from their carrier.

Sprint is the first American carrier that confirms carrying the new BlackBerry. While the tweet was not from the company account, it was from their CEO, a trusted source.

Are you Sprint costumer who’s going to buy the new BlackBerry KEYone ?

YESSSSSSSSS unless they take forever to put it out, then I’ll try to get it CDMa elsewhere to run on Sprint. I’ve been patiently waiting (still have my Q10).

    • Longer than we expected, but at least Sprint is actually getting it this time!

      And welcome to UTB. :)

Wow how did you survive with the Q10? No instagram; no banking apps. I was going nuts and that’s how I slipped into Apple IPhone hands!! But with this Keyone I will ditch my iPhone anyday! Always been a blackberry user this would be a game changer for me!!

Melissa, Shout outs to rockin with the Q10, I still got mine too! Everywhere online is stating that the CDMA version of the phone, while fits all criteria, will not work on Sprint. Sounds more like a cop out to me. Sprint just wants to maintain systematic control over your device, IMO. Christina, There are (2) Instagram Apps available for the Blackberry Q10, iGrann & Inst10. The only feature unavailable is posting videos. Banking apps….the mobile website does just fine for banking, for me anyway.

Melissa everything I’ve read states Blackberry KeyOne will be available for Sprint late summer and if you want it sooner You can buy direct from Blackberry unlocked.

Just spoke with multiple Sprint reps and these people are absolutely clueless. They knew nothing about any new BlackBery phones or when they would be available. Truly horrible marketing and product placement.
