BlackBerry wants to extend their cyber security offerings and they might have found the next step.
According to the Business Insider magazine, BlackBerry plans to expand its cyber-solution offerings when it buys California-based Cylance, which reportedly costs $ 1.5 billion, but of course there is no official approval. And the final terms will be disclosed when it be official.
Cylance now has more than 4,000 customers with revenues of $130 million (Annual) in fiscal 2018, a 90% growth( year over year) for the small company. Among the company’s customers are Panasonic, WWE and others, where the company holds 20% of the prestigious Fortune 500 companies.
