Hello again my faithful fold, I trust you are keeping well, and keeping your phones clear of clutter, a tidy phone is the pathway to a tidy mind, clear out those old SMS messages, do you really need ALL those emails telling you that the item you were watching on ebay was sold… 6 months ago? And all the old voice mails, you have returned the call already or said “I didn’t get it, sorry mum”, haven’t you? As your Reverend always teaches, ‘clear your phone… clear your mind…’
Unless you have an iPhone!
Yes my gathering masses, Apple have done it again! You can’t delete your old voice mails, at least in the US… How do I know this? It’s not in the press! No, its straight from the annoyed sheeple themselves! and I quote from Mr. M in Albuquerque, New Mexico whom I will be personally visiting later to invite to the High Church of BlackBerry…
“OS 7.1 update seems to have made this problem even worse by duplicating the deleted and reoccuring voicemails. It is now basically impossible to clear emails without them boomeranging back. So which do you think is a better replacement, the Samsung Galaxy or the BlackBerry? This has been going on for 4, going 5 months now, and needs to get fixed ASAP or Apple is going to lose a whole bunch of loyal followers. I think I am done with messing around with this issue and am going to move away from Apple until they get their act together. What do you all think??”
Hmm… Samsung or BlackBerry…
I know what I think, go for the Blackberry! Not only will you lose this annoyance but you will have some security too! Just switch off iMessages so that you receive your texts from mummy… oh, dear friends, I know, I know…
No one uses SMS these days except mum and dad, and they think they are all hip and trendy for it too! Sorry mum, its BBM now!
So my incidental offspring, is there anything you would like me to do a piece on? Do you want more content? Do you want more or less of me?
Let me know and I will try and cater to your needs like a good ecclesiatic should!
In the mean time……
Apple has called a major press conference to discuss the 32 iOS7 problems that your dear Reverend Grim has been having a dig about…….
Well, they actually tried to call three days ago, but it finally went through a short while ago.
Oh, and don’t forget, the High Church of BlackBerry supports #BlackBerryUnleashed
Donations can be made in the form of Tweets with the very same hashtag. or of course cold hard dirty cash is always welcome, PayPal, personal cheque, pretty much in any form or method, just make sure you do it from a secure phone!
You’ll be needing a BlackBerry then…
Reverend Grim out!
