BlackBerry Mercury Officially Named “KEYone”.

So the new BlackBerry device being released in a few hours was referred to as the Mercury or DTEK70 . It is now confirmed that the official name is the “KEYone”.

The device is reported to  have a 4.5 Full HD” display with 1620×1080 resolution with 3:2 aspect ratio. This is housed in an anodized aluminum frame and tender touch textured back. There is 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM and the storage is expandable. On the rear there is a 12 MP digital camera with 1.55 μm pixel size and Sony’s IMX378 sensor. The OS is Android Nougat 7.1. KEYone is powered by a Snapdragon 625 chipset with an Adreno 506GPU and the 3505mAh battery can receive 50% charge in just 36 minutes because of Qualcomm’s Quickcharge 3.0.

It has a touch enabled, backlit keyboard  and you can add up to 52 touch gestures. Pricing and availability yet to be advised.
