Looking for video editing software on your BlackDroid? Look no further!

PowerDirector Video Editor offers video editing on your Android!

Here at UTB, we recently discovered a great video-editing app that works with Android devices including the PRIV and DTEK50. PowerDirector is a powerful app created by CyberLink, who are better known for their DVD software PowerDVD.

PowerDirector offers a full video-editing suite on your Android, allowing you to cut and paste clips, add custom watermarks and audio, and much more.

The app is available from Google Play for free, however you will need to purchase the full version to remove in-app ads and watermarks in videos made with the free version.

PowerDirector seems like an extremely powerful app, with a look and feel very similar to a desktop app. In fact, if you buy the PC software (available either online as a download or from stores like Amazon and bricks-and-mortar stores), you get the full Android version bundled for free! (Unfortunately, since this article was published, we have discovered that the bundle deal is no longer available. Sorry for any inconvenience – Ed.)

If you’re looking for a decent video-editing app for your BlackDroid, PowerDirector should definitely fit the bill!

Have you used PowerDirector? What did you think? Let us know in the Comments below!
