After the last update of the DTEK app, you can receive alerts about permissions that you have defined as sensitive to you.
The DTEK application for Android BlackBerry devices has been upgraded both visually and with the addition of features and convenience to watch what is happening on your device. A new feature is Sensitive Permissions, where you define which permissions are sensitive to you from all permissions. This setting includes alerts for apps that have access to a specific permission.
In each alert event you will get all the information about the operation that the application attempted to perform on the device, whether it is turning on the microphone or checking your location. For example, you can identify inactive apps trying to gain access even when you do not really need them (and there are many).
For each event, you can also choose whether to allow the app to continue performing the actions in the future (and then the permission is less sensitive) to see details about the event or block access for that app.
