Google released new guide for you privacy control

Google may surprise you with their transparency ahead of GDPR.

Europe’s GDPR will take effect at the end of the month, and Google is already making changes that will help users know better what Google is collecting on them, and of course will allow users to download and delete the information.

Google actually published a short video and a guide that explains very simply how each user can perform the actions that will keep his information much better.

As part of our GDPR compliances efforts, we’ve improved both the controls and the clarity of information in My Account so that people are better informed about how and why their data is collected.

You can access the Google Guide and learn better how to keep your information, and if necessary, download it or delete it.
