My first impression in short is:
- Big screen: less typo and bigger screen estate. But I prefer Z10's compact size. I can notice Z10's screen is nicer, but for a low end phone, this is already great.
- Battery: such a beast
- Sound: loud and clear but there's something else I want to try tomorrow if I can remember doing it
- OS: quite smooth, Z10 is definitely smoother/crispier/faster. Max 4 active frames. Opening a 5th app will close the 1st app.

Again this is just 1st impression, I haven't tried it much yet, and I can't wait to transfer everything and start using it! Btw I see miracast / wifi direct option, did BlackBerry ever mention if Z3 can do it???

It'll be great if veeru can start his in depth review. Maybe I can just add second opinion or back up veeru's review. :D

Sure. Will try to make a user review. I'm not that technical. Maybe you can add few technical points.

You will need a miracast supported screen or miracast dongle which would cost around USD 50 if im not wrong.

Here you Redfox

Hmm Z3 has some pretty decent hardware for that price!

Definitely! I was worried with the spec at first, but after seeing competitors' specs at the same price range (some are higher), I don't anymore. Z3 has a slight advantage in terms of specs and with a better OS.

Think a Z3 or a similar entry type device would work for the US? *pensive*

I don't think so. I think this device is better for markets where carrier subsidies aren't available.
