Snap has been known to not work on 10.3.3 since the Dev OS came out. I believe the developer is aware but no one knows yet if he's working on an update or a workaround.

Oh we know.... Just don't know why you wouldn't need it... if you want convenience use the Dtek.... For the Passport, there's other means. A bit slower, but hey.... You have the Passport for security right?
