Nobex gone mad again !
#1
Hello all,
I listen to the radio a lot and I came across Nobex a year ago now and it's absolutely wonderful. Easy, convenient and got a plethora of programs to choose from.
Few months back I restarted my Passport for no particular reason, just a reboot by holding the power button. To my surprise when the device switched on, ALL MY PODCASTS WERE GONE, some of which cannot be downloaded anymore (which saddened me I must say). Weird thing is that all my podcasts were still in the device as shown by the Device monitor but Nobex just reset itself and asked me to create a new account.
I emailed Nobex support which didn't turn out to be very helpful. I then decided to download all my podcast again about 10GO.
And just now, same thing happens again.
Any thoughts ? I would rather avoid downloading everything again.

I just use it a few minutes ago... no problem... I encounter problem several days ago when I cannot play any podcast... but that problem solved by restarting my Passport...

How odd! I'm not so sure how well Nobex really supports BlackBerry. I've moved on to bPod. Haven't had any issues there, but never ran in to issues with Nobex...

I've switched to bPod too, but I find the UI very confusing and unintuitive to navigate.
