Is it still worth it to buy a new Z10 nowadays?

I believe you are correct Hyman, other than the Z3 and the Z10 ST100-1 version, all BB10 phones have LTE bands.

For Verizon, the Z10 was/is 4G LTE

However, the Q10, Z30, and Classic are XLTE compatible as well.

I'm not sure what that means exactly but for me it doesn't make any difference right now as the XLTE hasn't made it to my area yet.

XLTE is twice as fast as LTE. Doesn't show in Settings though. My area has been XLTE for quite some time.

Not yet, that would be 5G. Guessing you aren't in US.
XLTE is a legitimate speed.

I end up not buying it because all BlackBerry phones were sold out in that shop... and there were a lot of them a week ago. I'm happy for BlackBerry that their phones actually sold out, but personally, it was a very sad day for me...

They used to have several Z30, Z10, Z3 and Passport... 3 Passport still there but I'm already using one currently...

i guess the STL100-1 model which was launched in Inida was 3g only. the Z3 definitely was 3G only. i had both.
