BlackBerry Passport's battery life

But I'm not pushing my device to the limit. I only tried it once or twice to test how far it goes. But after that, it's all TLC. LOL.

Just like a car you love, you have to give your (BlackBerry) devices some TLC to make it last longer than it should.
TLC indeed. Okay, I understand what you meant by the battery lasting 16 to 18 hours. It was during slight to moderate use.

LOL.. but BlackBerry devices can handle heavy tasks such as those.. with ease.

Although I don't do it now. I've only done it when I was chasing some back episodes of a TV series and I did a marathon of some sort. :-)

I don't watch movies under any circumstances. I can wait until I'm home.

DL, how much do you use your Passport? I very rarely watch video on it and I'm still watching the battery performance. Yesterday, I got 17 hours from it. I watched a one hour YouTube video to drain the battery, so I would recharge it, otherwise, I would have got more time from it.
Here is how the battery is looking today. I've been on 4G only from 6 a.m., until about 2 p.m., when I got to my home WiFi.

Passport is sold, only use my Z30 now. But I've never watched movies on any phone.

Why did you sell it so quickly? Because it does not work on CDMA networks, like Verizon?

Correct. Passport is great as a tablet, for personal reasons, I'm having to do some clearing out.
