Question - Globeboost
#1
Perhaps somebody can give some advice in regards to security and workability?

In the search of being able to side load apps I found this video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIKyiTiTtCo
but there is not one comment in the threads there in.

Seems like an easy way to get android apps, which can be done directly over the phone, smartphone I wanted to say - no actually BB ;-)

What's you're question Nimra? If this is a way to do it? If so yes.

You can find apk's various places throughout the net and load directly to your phone. Just be sure you trust the source and allow your BlackBerry to scan it.

BlackBerry gave us freedom with android apps, but not all android apps are safe.

thanks people ... women (maybe) and (surely) guys for the tipps

I have to go and look deeper into this - I had installed the store on my Q10 about a months time ago, but ghee this all again is kind of new ...

What I was wondering - I had ... and still have it, a Galaxy Note 3, with some payed apps on too - is there a possibility to take these APKs directly off the Android and move them to the Black Beast? ;-)

I've heard it's possible, but do not know how. That being said, if you use the same account and use it to log in to GPlay through Snap you should be able to download onto the Passport

Well well ... I got those three APKs - in the name of cobalt and it works - BUT now it just starts updateing the apps e.g. kindle and skype, that I had one from BB world and one from amazon apps store - is there a know issue with that or is it save to just let google playstore update those apps??
