yep

Space Bar (scrolls web page for example) one pfull page down ...

Just like "T" .... takes you all the way to the Top of the page
and "B" all the way to the bottom

shortcut keys are awesome!

(also, the Space Bar can be used to take pics in the Camera app)

Get on a web page and try it. It does.

You also can hit "b" and it will scroll all the way to the bottom or hit "t" and it will scroll all the way to the top on the Passport.

Down yes, but not up.

Also, (although the shortcut keys are great ), when turning the PP in landscape mode, the capacitive keyboard works amazing as a touch pad for scrolling up and down....

works in portrait mode too... but find the fast scrolling way more effective in landscape.

(plus, it always amazes people sitting next to you and watching you navigate the screen that way)

Again, site/app dependent, but I believe you can scroll most applications like that.

Totally agree with landscape mode for scrolling. Keeps me from accidentally starting Assistant or hitting a virtual key.

interesting - on my PP I cannot do that - scrolling with the space bar is only downards and only with clicking.
user only - palmOS, webOS, android - then BB Q10 and now Black Passport
