That's strange. Did you try contacting windows support? MSFT support is quite good. Even on twitter. They respond fast.

If you are in Windows Insider using Windows 10 Preview, newest version is 10162.

That is because you have Windows 10 Preview installed, I haven't bit the bullet yet.
Compatibility states hardware is A-Okay, but no test for certain installed programs.
Can't take a chance it will kill my Trend Micro and others.
Dozens of searches have been no help.

Running Windows 10 Preview 10162, I must admit that I am not all that impressed so far.

Took a few tries. One biggie, in Internet Options/Security, turn off Protected Mode in all but Restricted Sites, caused a few problems.
Under Internet Options/Content/Auto Complete/Settings, turn off Use Windows search for better results.
Otherwise, IE restarts automagically when you close it.
Also took away a lot of customizations, which is normal for Microsoft.
