Verizon releases 10.3.1.1448 for Classic

They do in fact have a non-camera version of the Classic. It would be a safe assumption that one version of the os contains no camera software.

That was my guess, but don't see model numbers on web site. Gonna check again.

Just added my 2¢ to blob:

Great post, but it should be noted that if BB Link opens when you plug cable into phone, it should be closed before installation with Sachesi.
I take the extra step and always put phone in airplane mode, no need for calls, texts, etc coming through during upgrade.
One more, BBM should never be opened after an upgrade until you check BB World to be sure you have newest version. You will lose all chats otherwise.
