Well, I'll just say it's a shame my Grandmother stopped making hers a few years ago. It's dried fruit fermented in brandy for twelve months baked in a sweet pastry. They're usually bite sized snacks. You always leave a little of the 'mince' from the previous year to start the new batch of mince for the following year.
