BlackBerry’s myAccount Tool for Technical Issues

Starting June 13, BlackBerry is prioritizing the self-service tool, myAccount, for the Advantage and Premium level subscribers of their Technical Support Services. The main feature offers users a login through the myAccount portal, giving them a more efficient way to share information with BlackBerry’s technical support team and receive a quicker response on solving the issues.

Gone will be the moments spent on hold waiting for someone to answer the call as users can simply log on, fill out their report, and submit it for a resolution.
