BlackBerry release statement about 10.3.3 update issues

BlackBerry 10 users patiently waited for some time to get an  update for 10.3.3. For most users the update went flawlessly, for others there were some issues.

The company released in their knowledge base about the problems with the 10.3.3 update. Some users may experience bugs like missing menu items or slow  response. The device may also get warmer than usual and have a WIFI error. Some users even had apps that wouldn’t open. Apparently the above mentioned issues and other related issues may be a result of the filesystem migration that can occur for up to 24 hours after the OS update.

If the issues are still there after 24 hours, you should reload the software again.

**Please Note**   Do NOT reset or security wipe the device during this 24 hour timeframe. Doing so may cause the device to enter a state where it will not restart.
