This week BlackBerry announced 7 updates to their Enterprise portfolio:
*WatchDox: SalesForce Integration, Email Protection and more.
Improvements including SalesForce integration, in-browser document editing, and other features to improve productivity, administration and development. Also being released is WatchDox by BlackBerry Email Protector as a standalone product allowing Enterprise to automatically embed security and DRM controls into some or all files sent through your email gateway even after they leave the firewall.
*BES12; More Good integration and better Samsung Knox support.
Version 12.5 update to BES12 On-Premises simplifies deployment of Good Dynamics apps, new compliance rules and enhanced support of Samsung Knox, including support for IBM Verse email hosting. While BES12 Cloud adds several features including BlackBerry Secure ConnectPlus support for seamless enterprise connectivity, MDM support for OS X and app management for Windows 10.
*Good Dynamics: Improved app management for Windows 10, OS X, Better developer support and more.
Introducing more Good features to Windows 10 and Mac OS X users and enhanced support for development languages such as Swift, Xamarin and PhoneGap.
*AtHoc: Platform Refresh and integration with Good Dynamics.
Adding the mobile app for AtHoc Crisis Communications platform into Good Dynamics while upgrading the overall platform with features such as real-time alert rules, automated staff mustering, management alerting and more.
*Split Billing for BYOD: Slashing Corporate smartphone costs.
Two new services aimed at reducing spending on cellular data on employee-owned devices. BlackBerry WorkLife _ Advanced Analytics allowing you to monitor data usage of any Good, third party or custom business apps built with Good Dynamics. Meanwhile, WorkLife Reimbursement will allow you to establish a clear separation between personal and corporate data costs and make it easier to reimburse employees for the use of approved business apps on iOS and Android devices.
*BBM Protected: Secure video and team messaging.
New additions to BBM Protected include video communication protection and the ability to securely forward messages.
*Enterprise Identity: Easier, Faster mobile Authentication.
Mobile Zero Sign-on (ZSO) for Samsung Knox, Android for Work and BB10 devices for quick and secure access. In addition, integration with Strong Authentication by BlackBerry protects cloud services with two-factor security.
