It’s that time again, everyone! You’re favorite BlackBerry fansite has gathered its best and brightest (and Wayno) to chatter about all the exciting BlackBerry news of this week.

We may even be discussing the OS debate that has been going on in the site comments the past few days.

Come weigh in by joining our live chat, or leave your comments below if you listen later!

Bla1ze from CrackBerry stops by to chat.

Glad we had Bla1ze on today. Was great to hear his first hand experience on the Barcelona MWC whirlwind tour and other musings on all things BlackBerry.
    Thanks for coming on Chris!

Agree. It was nice to have him

    • Glad to come on. Again, thanks for having me. We’ll do it again sometime soon. :D

  • Sweet Mystery

Great show and nice to see Chris on the blogcast. Loved what Wayno had to say about the BB10/blackdroid ‘war’ absolutely the voice of reason. Brad looking forward to your file manager video because I’m totally missing the BB10 one since getting my dtek60. Not sure how I feel about needing 3 apps though, lol

    • Wayno

Thanks for the feedback Sweet Mystery. Agreed that it was great for Chris to come on and share his input. I’m also looking forward to more videos especially on file manager as that is one of my gripes with Android. I really need remote access to the files on my PC.
If anyone else would like to see a video or a blog post on a particular feature or comparison of BB10 and BlackBerry Android features, let us know. We’re only too happy to help address any concerns. And chances are we all learn something from it ourselves.

I won’t watch a blogcast with a CrackBerry douche in it.

A file manager demo for Android. Bwahahahahahaha

Take a picture, name it, then find it right away with a search…

Also, in BB10 I can crop and rotate a picture right there. I don’t have to choose crop, then choose rotate; cool, maybe 10 years ago.

    • Roy shpitalnik

Why so negative ? That’s makes you happy ?

      • anthogag

UTB was started to counter the haven for trolls at CrackBerry. Many people who were banned from CrackBerry came here. You guys are dismantling your integrity.

        Android is a toy.

        • Fans of BlackBerry are welcome on the Blogcast. Realistically, I have some pretty major issues over there. It really is the reason I started UTB. But Bla1ze is not the cause of those issues, and I’m sure we can all agree the front page got much better over there when he took it over. We’ve also had DJ from CB on before. She’s a great BlackBerry fan and a BlackBerry Elite.

Right now, we need to focus on growing BlackBerry back into the name and brand it used to be. I think that means growing the greater BlackBerry community. If that means leaving old wars behind, then so be it.

It’s not very often I’ll watch a blog casts of any sort but once I heard B1aze was on, I decided to give it a listen. I’m glad I did, I rather enjoyed it, some really great points made by all.
    I want the KEYone!

  • Alan

Thank you guys, and Erica. I enjoyed the debate and discussion about BlackDroid and BB10 very much. I can appreciate where you all coming from as a BlackBerry family, and honestly it filled me with joy to see a representative from another extended segment of our BlackBerry family Chris with you this time around. The more we can learn to participate in the BlackBerry story and be a part of the BlackBerry adventure the better. Deep down as you were saying, it’s all about BlackBerry after all. BlackBerry has come a long way, and continues to amaze with its diversities in the software business, and as always BlackBerry needs our support. The truth is there are no better ways to express the commitment of that support to all of us fans. You continue to express emphatically BlackBerry the good + + +. Keep it going, and long live all things BlackBerry including BlackBerry BB10, and BlackBerry Android.

    • Wayno

This^^. This is what it’s all about. Bringing the community together and this is what we are trying to achieve here.
