UTB Asks – Which NEW BlackBerry Would You Choose TODAY?

blackberry fy15

So, here’s the question our gorgeous UTB nation…

Of the new devices this year, which one ae you chomping at the bit for?

Is it the budget Z3 that runs as well as a Z10 at a fraction of the cost with an amazing battery life?

Or the Classic? BlackBerry 10 in old BBOS format? The best of both?

Or maybe the revolutionary BlackBerry Passport? With it’s square screen and incredible touch/physical keyboard

Or… just for fun as Lord knows when (or if) it’s coming… the beast, the Daddy of them all.. the replacement for the Z30, the all touch Z50?

Vote away!

Personally if I could have them all I would but you have to choose…

Which one right now is YOUR favourite?

I Really want to get my mitts on a Passport, but I voted Z50 because I am in love with the swiping VKB.

    • emstardeluxe

I could have written that answer word for word. But presumably the capacitive kb will have some swiping tricks of its own.

    • web99

Same here. I really want the Z50 all touch, but may settle for the Passport if it is not released this year.

“settle for the Passport” well aren’t you the king of england

      +1

    • Reverend Grim

      Yep, same here!
But as Biggly says… I’d have all four!

  • shanerredflag

Passport all the way…then, in six months the Z50…there, settled. :)

  • ital1

My first choice is the Z50, followed by the Passport.

  • Chaplain_Clancy

Passport. To me it’s going to be just what I need for my current setting. Perhaps in future something else will fit my needs, but for now, the passport is just the stepping stone I need.

  • The_Alpha_Geek

BlackBerry Passport all the way! The marriage of the PKB with the VKB abilities is too awesome to resist!

  • Rural Geek

I was not to fond of the Passport when I first saw it. But now I love it. The way the keyboard works and that it looks different from any other phone. I like the idea of the Z50 but it looks like other slab phones. I can’t decide, I’m so confused. locco_smiley_29 locco_smiley_7

Easy. I will get the Passport to hold me off until the z50 is launched.

  • seankelleher

How about ALL except for the Z3?

I have a Z30 and love it. But I also use a black and a white Q10 (and I have a Z10 as well, my first ever touch screen phone which I bought on launch day just to support BlackBerry!).

I will buy the Passport first and then the Classic and then whatever new high end phone comes after.

  • Azensun

Z 50 if it comes to market. If not, I’ll take a Passport, please!

  • You had me at “which BlackBerry” Biggs. You had me at “which BlackBerry.”

Seriously though; I want them all. I know that’s stupid. At the very least I want all but the Z3 since I already have the Z30 and Z10. Whether I’ll be able to swing it or justify it, I don’t know. But I can see the virtues and advantages of all of them; maybe I have some kind of problem.

  • Sarek

Eagerly awaiting the Passport. Bought the Z10 shortly after launch, played with a Q5, now loving my Z30 daily. Each iteration is better and better, and I can’t wait to try that new form factor and keyboard.

  • newcollector

It’s a tough call between the Z50 and the Passport. I voted for the Passport since it is definitely coming out and because of its innovative design. No one would ever confuse the Passport for another phone! On the other hand, if I could get a full-touch device with all the improvements that have been rumored, I could go for all that as well. It’s a conundrum!!

  • FallingTitan

I’m going to buy the passport and then early 2015 the Z50 as a backup.
