You may have already had the notification in your Hub; but if not, go and check for Software Updates now (Swipe down from the top of your BlackBerry’s screen, tap Settings > Software Updates > Check for Updates) – BlackBerry 10.3.2.2474 is beginning to roll out as an OTA update (so far confirmed in the UK and Italy).
This new OS offers improvements to the Android Player, a browser security update and a fix for the occasionally-reported double-typing issue, so it’s worth updating as soon as you get the chance.
One proviso: if you are running a version of BB10 prior to 10.3.2, you should be aware that you cannot revert to a pre-10.3.2 version of the OS after updating. This is a result of new security measures implemented by BlackBerry – these include the following :
- You will now need to enter your BBID password to perform a security wipe
- To wipe the phone and transfer it to a new BBID, you will need to turn off BlackBerry Protect before initiating a security wipe.

There is a comparison document detailing the differences between BlackBerry 10.2.1/10.3/10.3.1 and 10.3.2 – check out the screenshot below:
